Friday access from 4-6pm to unload items and decorate the venue. All access to the property is closed at 6pm with the exception of ceremony site for rehearsal.
6 to 6:30pm rehearsal at ceremony site, gates will be closed immediately following rehearsal.
Venue Rental 8am to Midnight (event ends no later than 11pm to allow one hour clean up)
Exclusive use of The Hitching Post Ranch
VIP access to The Bunk House on Saturday
VIP parking for wedding party by the Bunk House
Use of our Bridal Suite and HPR Pavilion.
Dedicated Ceremony Area/ Ceremonial Arch
Tables, chairs and linens (Linens for all service tables/floor length for head table and all guest tables)
HPR set up & tear down of tables and chairs/linens
Client is responsible for removing all decor, clean-up of cans, trash etc. - tables must be cleared.
Tall patio heaters if needed
Parking Attendant with cart transportation available
Day-of-Coordinator (five (5) hours of service)
Bar Service Package- HPR Bar Service offers: Bartender service for 5 hours. Package includes single-use glasses, bar supplies, coolers to ice beer & white wine, ice, water beverage station (bar closes no later than 10pm)

The Bunk House Pavilion will host your dedicated rehearsal space for two (2) hours - up to 50 guests to include: Five (5) guest tables, two (2) banquet tables, and 50 chairs, along with linens
Friday can be utilized for decorating purposes
Friday overnight Bunk House accommodations for a maximum of 8 guests - no exceptions. (This is a wonderful time for the bride and her ladies to have a full experience prior to the big day)
Immediately following rehearsal, the venue is closed - access only to Pavilion and Bunk House.
After 10pm no re-entry to the venue - gates will be closed.
Saturday all day reception
Guests are welcome to leave their cars, though all cars being picked up later, must be parked in the main grassy parking area, cars must be picked up no later than Sunday at 11am.
The Newlywed Suite awaits the couple (This is for the couple only- no exceptions)
Morning coffee with a leisurely morning, plenty of time to gather items and begin your happily ever after.
The Weekend Experience requires a $500.00 damage deposit, due 2 weeks prior to wedding date.
